On 17-21 November 2017, the 8th Asian Bird Fair was held in in Ulsan City’s Taehwagang Migratory Bird Park, Republic of Korea (ROK).

During the 8th Asian Bird Fair, Ulsan Metropolitan City and Taehwa River Ecotourism Society joined GSTC as a Destination Member.

The Fair included a talk by Mr. Randy Durband, CEO of GSTC, about “Linkage of Global Standards to Local Tourism Destinations”.

 The Asian Bird Fair attracted visitors and organizations from all over Asia, as well as from North America, Africa, and Europe.
