Delivered by GSTC Trainers Sonja Gottlebe and Fanny Beaulieu Cormier, the course provided in-depth knowledge on sustainable management practices for tourism destinations, businesses, and professionals. Through a mix of presentations, group discussions, and interactive exercises, participants explored different sustainability practices and gained practical insights into implementing sustainability practices in their workplace.
To further enrich the training experience, several guest speakers were invited to share real-world examples and insights from different parts of the world:

- Sebastien Plaquet, Gondwana Hotel – Nouméa
- François Schnoebelen, Ecole Paul Dubrulle – Siem Reap
- Daren Moodley, Tourism Authority – Ile Maurice
